The Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) is one of the most versatile pieces of kit you will find. It is a great space saving alternative to the much larger cable cross over with all the same benefits.

It offers the user a huge array of exercise options for all muscle groups. Simply clip on various attachments for single or double arm exercises or use the ankle straps to help hit the various leg muscles. There is also a bar included which allows you to use both cables at the same time for squats, curls and pressing exercises.

The DAP also includes various pull up bar handles to ensure an all over back workout – the straight bar can be used with this exercise to act as an assisted pull up machine.
